Privacy Statement

Posh Impressions has been committed to respecting the privacy of our customers and club members since our first web site in 1997. Posh simply does not share or sell information or e-mail addresses with any other companies or individuals with the exception of I Brake For Stamps that fills and ships orders for our products. They, in turn, do not share it with anyone.

When placing an order you will be providing information to Plaid Enterprises, maker of our wood mounted stamps and/or to I Brake For Stamps, maker of our unmounted stamps. Both fulfill and ship orders for Posh products. Posh Impressions no longer fulfills orders as I Brake For Stamps with their excellent service and long term experience is doing it.





Copyright Notice

The purchaser of a Posh Impressions product is granted a limited license to use such product, for personal, noncommercial use only. Mass reproduction of Posh Impressions or Posh Limited images in any manner for commercial use is prohibited without written consent. Posh is an angel company, so sale of original stamp art using Posh Impressions or Posh Limited images is permitted if done by hand in the form of cards or similar work. Identification of Posh images, if used, must be provided on a finished piece.

Posh Angel Policy

All of our stamp designs are original artwork created and copyrighted by Posh Impressions and Posh Ltd.
Posh Presents Incorporated's stamps are for personal and normally non-commercial use. However stampers may use Posh stamps to produce any creations they would like, which can include selling or otherwise distributing these creations in reasonable quantities.

Commercial use of our designs is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Posh stamp impressions must be made by hand with no mechanical or other form of reproduction permitted.
2. Quantities are limited in scope and do not constitute an ongoing business.
3. Wherever possible, Posh Impressions or Posh Ltd. Trademarks and Copyrights should be displayed.

To use our images for this purpose, simply copy and paste the above in an e-mail and I will e-mail you for your files that permission is granted. Please include the following information:

• Your name and contact information
• The quantities you anticipate producing
• An acknowledgment that you "Agree to respect Posh copyrights."
